International format — plus sign, country code, then the local number. US: +14155551234. UK: +447123456789. India: +919876543210. The plus sign is what tells the phone to dial it as an international call when the customer is roaming.
Does the customer get charged international rates?+
If they're calling from a different country, yes — same as if they'd dialed the number manually. The QR isn't a calling service, it's a one-tap dial. The customer's carrier handles billing.
What if the phone number changes?+
Edit the destination in your dashboard. Same QR card on the van or sign keeps working — the redirect now points at the new number.
Will scans show up in my analytics?+
